WIL is an independent nonprofit research institution. It is not an AlphaHire marketing property, product, department, endorsement, or validation arm. WIL may study or challenge affiliated or external methods only under documented research protocols, source rights, and conflict disclosures.
Governance and findings
The Board establishes institutional policy and oversees integrity. Ordinary research findings do not require routine Board approval. Designated editorial and research authorities authorize publication after the required review path is complete.
Editorial independence
Research questions, design, analysis, interpretation, and publication remain under WIL’s research governance. Automated validation can block a release; it cannot grant final approval.
Funding may support the research. Funding does not control the findings.
Attribution and relationships
Historical records retain truthful issuing institution and authorship. Individual participation does not create a partnership with a person’s employer or institution, and prospective relationships remain prospective until formally substantiated.
